+ What is the Regular Turnaround Time for Application Review?
Our regular turnaround time is 48-72 hours. For applications submitted after 6pm EST, the submission time starts at 9am on the next business day. Turnaround time excludes weekends and US holidays.
+ Can I Expedite My Application Review?
Yes. If you need your application(s) reviewed in less than 48 hours, select our Expedited Service (+$200). For applications submitted after 6pm EST, the submission time starts at 9am on the next business day. Turnaround time excludes weekends and US holidays.
+ How and When Do I Pay for Application Review Service?
After submitting the form with your uploaded application(s), you will be redirected to the payment page. Please select turnaround time and add service to the cart. Then, proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards. NOTE: If you are not redirected to the payment page, please open the email you receive from JotForm confirming your form submission and click on the payment link to complete payment.
Customers must successfully complete payment in order to initiate Application Review services. Sending an application(s) without payment, will delay service.
+ What Should I Do If I Have Trouble Uploading My Documents or Submitting the Form for App Review?
