This website is owned and operated by StellarApp Admissions Consulting, Inc. The policies contained herein govern your access and use of the site and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not use this website. These policies may be changed from time to time, with or without notice. Please check these Terms of Service frequently for updates. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you are either an emancipated minor or have obtained the legal consent of your parent or legal guardian to agree to these Terms and access the website.
General Terms of Use
All content, names, logos, designs, graphics, text, sounds, pictures, videos, software, and other materials on the Site are the intellectual property of StellarApp Admissions Consulting, its affiliates or licensors, and are subject to and protected by the United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Unless otherwise specified, all materials a Customer receives are for personal and non-commercial use. No Customer may modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from StellarApp Admissions Consulting without explicit, prior written permission.
Application Review Turnaround time
Our regular turnaround time is 48 - 72 hours. If you need your application(s) reviewed in less than 48 hours, select our Expedited Service (+$200). For applications submitted after 6pm EST, the submission time starts at 9am on the next business day. Turnaround time excludes weekends and US holidays.
Word Count
StellarApp Essay Editing will not service essay drafts in which the word count goes beyond the maximum for the service selected. If a client submits an essay with a word count that exceeds the service they selected, StellarApp Essay Editing shall contact the client to provide an opportunity for them to remit payment for the outstanding balance so that service can begin.
Payments
Customers must successfully complete payment in order to initiate Application Development, Application Review, and Essay Editing services. Sending an essay(s) or application(s) without payment, will delay service.
Warranty
StellarApp Admissions Consulting does not and cannot guarantee or promise admission to any institution and is held free from liability regarding client’s admissions candidacy results.
Refund Policy
StellarApp Admissions Consulting is dedicated to ensuring excellent Application Review, Application Development, and Essay Editing services as well as guaranteeing the highest level of client satisfaction. After all, when our clients do well, we do well. As we do not guarantee admission, we are unable to approve refunds based merely on an admissions decision. The very essence of editing is a subjective process and our Admissions Consultants make recommendations based on their wide range of experience and a customer’s objectives.

Refunds are meted out only with the approval of StellarApp Admissions Consulting. If a Customer should like a refund, Customer must submit a request in writing for said refund. They must also in their written communication express the reasons that entitles them to such a refund. The written request should be sent through email to support@stellarappadmissionsconsulting.com. StellarApp Admissions Consulting will appraise all requests and come to a decision on Customer’s eligibility for a refund. In the case whereby StellarApp Admissions Consulting grants said refund, StellarApp Admissions Consulting will issue the refunded amount within fourteen (14) days of its decision. The decision to grant a refund will be made by StellarApp Admissions Consulting holding to the values of impartiality, equity, prudentialism, and good faith.
Ethics
Holistic admission is based upon an assessment of the whole person, and part of that valuation examines individual internal character. Admissions offices care deeply about unethical behavior, as do we, and we believe that you ought to as well. In light of that, we always strive to ground our editing practice along the aforementioned attributes regarding character development. For us, that means first modeling character by ensuring a commitment to striving to provide accurate information, and complying with local, state, and federal laws relating to how students (and their information) are to be treated. Moreover, we don’t have entanglements with outside entities influencing our practice; your interests are the only ones we advocate for and take into consideration.
We similarly expect behavior in line with that which we strive to model on the part of our clientele. You are presenting yourself to admissions committees, and there is only one you. Therefore your written work should be solely yours as well. Seeking to gain admission through unethical means such as misrepresenting yourself in your essays, will not do you any favors. Admissions officers can easily spot an application or essay that is disingenuous or contrived. Many committees actually rate an applicant’s authenticity and have software to assess essays for plagiarism. This is before taking into consideration that, even if an applicant were successful in duping gatekeepers, they will then have both a “ticking time bomb” mentally of being found out and the deep internal deflation of knowing that which they’ve gained has been ill-gotten.
The evaluation process for an application involves multiple people, but the crafting of said application should be primarily individualistic. Your essay and application will be your own, and thus the heavy lifting for the work will be done by you. StellarApp Admissions Consulting will provide guidance and advice on ways to improve your essays and applications that you can/will implement on your own.
Confidentiality
Unless a customer takes an affirmative step to alert us that they opt out of this policy, StellarApp Admissions Consulting shall not divulge any directly personally identifying information about a Customer to any persons or organizations not associated with StellarApp Admissions Consulting. It should be noted that, unless the Customer takes an affirmative step to opt out, StellarApp Admissions Consulting will retain all essay materials that a Customer submitted to be utilized for exemplification and in the creation of instructional material for prospective and/or future Customers. Importantly, it is noted that all such materials shall be redacted of all identifying information and that said information shall then be altered so as not to retain a resemblance to the Customer’s submission.
Admissions Results and Marketing
StellarApp Admissions Consulting retains the right to utilize Customer’s admissions results in written materials, publications, and/or presentations concerning said matters. StellarApp Admissions Consulting will not put out personally identifiable information, financial data, or material concerning sensitive personal matters regarding Customer. A Customer may request for further anonymization of their personal information (e.g. the utilization of a first initial rather than first name, the use of a country instead of a city) in any materials utilized related to their admission results.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase are governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and venue shall rest exclusively in the courts situated in the State of Florida. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
In the event that you file a grievance with a court or arbitration body, you agree that you shall file in the State of Florida and that you relinquish all potential rights to a claim in any jurisdiction outside of Florida. StellarApp Admissions Consulting shall make stringent efforts to redress a valid grievance(s), and in recognition of this, attorney’s fees for both you and StellarApp Admissions Consulting shall be paid by you. If you prevail on a claim filed against StellarApp Admissions Consulting in arbitration or court proceedings, the plaintiff and defendant’s individual attorney’s costs shall be paid by each of them in respect to fees incurred by their counsels.
By visiting the site, you agree that these Terms and all performances and claims of every nature (including without limitation, contract, tort and strict liability) relating in any way to any aspect of the website will be resolved by arbitration. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to the website or to products or services sold or distributed by StellarApp Admissions Consulting or through the website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that we and you may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StellarApp Admissions Consulting, its media guests and participants, business partners, and their respective owners, members, managers, directs, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from (a) your breach of any of the above representations and warranties, or (b) your breach of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OF USE, STELLARAPP ADMISSIONS CONSULTING AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND STELLARAPP ADMISSIONS CONSULTING’S MEDIA GUESTS AND PARTICIPANTS, VENDORS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
